Requirements

  • Minimum education : SPM and above
  • Language required : English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Skills required :  Microsoft Office, Attention to detail, Time management
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work on any other assignments assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good command in Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Working hours : 8.00am – 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate daily sales orders, invoices, and other documentation.
  • Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
  • Prepare and generate reports for management, including sales and inventory data.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice preparation and payment tracking.
  • Work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Demonstrate good written and spoken communication skills, clearly informing and guiding others.
  • Undertake any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
