The Job
You will be responsible for :
1. Acquire New Contracts
Assist the team in managing leads and following up with potential franchisees.Participate in interviews and business orientations alongside senior staff.Support the coordination of candidate steps from initial inquiry through signing the franchise contract.Assist with location surveys and preparation leading up to new center openings.2. Support Franchise Opportunity Marketing
Help plan and carry out marketing activities to promote the Eye Level franchise opportunity.Work with the team and HQ office in Korea to help create promotional and marketing materials.Assist in organizing events and marketing campaigns targeting potential franchisees.3. Assist in New Center Support
Provide support to the operations team in helping new franchisees with renovation, training, and opening activities.Learn to give operational and marketing advice under supervision.Build positive working relationships with new franchisees, guided by senior team members.The Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Education industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardPositive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for business development.Immediate availability will be an advantage.The Employer
