Internship Brand & Marketing Intern

Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in brand building, marketing campaigns, product planning, and retail support, while assisting in key business activities.    Key Responsibilities : -Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mother and baby care industry. -Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, and promotional activities. -Planning on social media calendar including posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (小红书 ). -Source and coordinate with KOLs / KOCs for product seeding and campaign collaborations. -Monitor inventory levels and assist in ensuring product availability for campaigns and retail partners. -Prepare and update monthly sales performance reports, providing insights to the team on campaign and product performance. -Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations,brochures, social media content, and more. -Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for product launches, sampling activities, and events. -Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support daily marketing operations. Requirements : -Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. -Familiar with social media platforms (especially XiaoHongShu / 小红书), trends, and influencer engagement. -Preferred candidate with Chinese language skills (spoken and written) to manage content and communication on XHS. -Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage. -Strong interest in the mother and baby industry. -Good analytical skills with attention to detail. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools. -Team player with good communication and time management skills. -Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Note : -Internship Duration : 1 August 2025 – 31 January 2026  -Working Hours : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
