Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary / STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SQL accounting system
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients.Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.Handle requests and queries appropriately.Issue Delivery Order, Invoice and Credit Note.Arrange lorry schedule to ensure customer order deliver on time.Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.Benefits
