Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning as well as implementation of project and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Prompt coordination with business units, technical team,ernance team and service provider on project implementation plan.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and to provide direction and support to project team.
• Identify and report project issues, slippage of tasks or milestone and project risks and facilitate timely resolution.
• Conduct Scrum ceremonies including organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups meeting, sprint review, retrospective meeting etc.
• Eliminate impediments and actively address issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the Iteration.
• Provides timely reports on project status, budget spending, risks and issues to enable early visibility into project performance for better decision making by the authorized person ormittee.
• Promotes and take accountability for project quality, opportunity to improve delivery.
• Manage project changes, ensuring any changes to the project baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered.
• Adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct.
• Management and coordination of all cross-functional initiatives with organizational impact.
• Ensures PMO practice, documentations, approach andernance processes are applied consistently.
