Senior manager business development

About the role

This position manages a large team of both experienced professionals and team leaders in Business Development, evaluates, analyzes, and formulates strategies to lead business growth. Supervises the identification of strategic issues and planning of business proposals, leads financial modeling initiatives, monitors the synthesis of current market data, and makes relevant recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

Establishes key elements of strategy to drive implementation of initiatives, financial growth opportunities and business development efforts.

Manages network of relationships with key current and potential customers to achieve shared goals and lead customer relations management.

Leads coordination with marketing, sales, and technology groups to implement business development strategy.

Monitors the external environment for financial growth opportunities.

Manages planning and preparation of complex business proposals and makes recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision making.

As a minimum you must have :

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience OR advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
