Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in monthly payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and payroll systems.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

    As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR functions. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction and the overall success of the organization.   • Key Responsibilities :
  • Payroll Processing : Execute accurate and timely payroll processing using the Quick Pay System, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on schedule. This includes managing all aspects of the payroll cycle from data input to final disbursement.
  • Employee Data Management : Maintain and update employee personal information meticulously in both physical employee files and the payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Overtime and Allowance Verification : Review and verify overtime claims and allowances, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Payroll Reporting : Prepare comprehensive monthly payroll summaries and overtime reports, providing valuable insights for management decision-making.
  • Statutory Compliance : Take ownership of generating and preparing timely submissions of statutory contributions, including EPF (Employees Provident Fund), Socso (Social Security Organization), and Income Tax, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Socso Claims Management : Manage employees' Socso claims, including preparing all related documents and submitting accurate reports to the labor department, supporting employees during times of need.
