Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum qualification : SPM.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Good verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, fast learner, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates discretion, judgment, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
  • Handle full sets of accounts, including preparation and reconciliation of financial statements.
  • Prepare, send, and store invoices; follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely collections.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare payments via internet banking.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly cash flow projections.
  • Assist in year-end audit preparation and documentation.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
  • Use accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Follow up with customers via phone to ensure timely collection of payments.
