Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of shipping methods (air, sea, road) and Incoterms is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data entry).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus if you have : knowledge of customs or handling of dangerous goods.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up and track orders and shipments from order placement to delivery.
  • Maintain and update records in internal databases.
  • Check shipping documents (e.g. invoice, packing list) to ensure they meet internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing shipping documents when required.
  • Request quotations and evaluate delivery options based on cost, quality, and timeline.
  • Coordinate with forwarders, shippers, and agents to ensure smooth shipments.
  • Communicate shipping instructions clearly to all involved parties.
  • Send shipment pre-alerts to relevant stakeholders (project team, agent, ship, etc.).
  • Help with purchase order creation and tracking logistics costs.
