You will work closely with experienced marketers and cross-functional teams to support campaign planning, content creation, digital advertising, SEO, and data analysis. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Digital Campaign Support : Assist in planning and executing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta / Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including ad setup, targeting research, and asset coordination. -Content Creation : Help develop content for social media, websites, and emails — including videos, graphics, and posts — that educate and engage users on financial topics. -Social Media Management : Support the day-to-day management of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, helping to schedule posts and monitor engagement. -Audience and SEO Research : Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience profiling to support SEO and campaign targeting efforts. -Campaign Analysis and Reporting : Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel / Sheets; assist in building dashboards and presentations. -Creative Testing : Contribute to A / B testing for ads, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates. -Team Collaboration : Liaise with design, content, and data teams to ensure consistency in messaging and creative output; participate in brainstorming sessions for growth ideas. -Marketing Operations Support : Organize campaign assets, support marketing events, and contribute to CRM and email marketing activities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline -Prior coursework or a portfolio of creative (academic or personal projects) PREFFERRED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS -Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), Canva, Figma or similar tools -Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software (Premier Pro, After Effects, CapCut) is a an advantage -Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, layout and visial storytelling -Familiar with current social media platforms / formats and their respective creative best practices -Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. -Proactive, creative thinker who enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced environment. -Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
