- Excellent English & Mandarin verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Required language(s) : English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.
- Fresh Graduates with Cert / Degree / Diploma in IT encourage to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
- Must be willing to work on rotational shifts and off day.
- Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.
- Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Scopes : Responsibilities :
Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product.Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer's frustrations and solve customer's problems.Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer's problem.Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries.Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.Benefits :
