Requirements
- Possess at least a SPM.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Capable of working onsite in Skudai, Johor.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and order status.Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or personnel.Maintain customer records and update account information in the company database.Provide product demonstrations and training to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of commercial fridge and stainless steel food service equipment.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions.Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals for potential customers.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service procedures and policies.Benefits
