Maintenance Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanPerform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines (e.g., mixers, boilers, filling & sealing machines). Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on all equipment and utilities. Inspect and maintain facility infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and minor building repairs. Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Monitor spare parts inventory and liaise with purchasing for restocking when needed. Support installation, relocation, and upgrading of machinery when required. Maintain proper maintenance logs, records, and reporting to the supervisor / manager. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, food hygiene, and regulatory standards (e.g., JKKP, DOSH). Work closely with production and QA teams to resolve machine or facility-related issues. SOCSO MEDICAL TRAINING
Requirements
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment (F&B industry is a plus).
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair.
- Familiar with old machinery and able to troubleshoot without advanced automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, welding, and general maintenance.
- Able to work independently and respond to urgent breakdowns.
