Position Responsibilities Mall Channel -Coordinate with mall AandP teams to secure promotional spaces, campaign tie-ins, and tactical activations. -Plan and execute festive or seasonal campaigns in malls (e.g. kiosks, booths, mall-wide redemptions). -Track and report on campaign performance, footfall impact, and ROI. -Ensure timely deployment of creatives, POSMs, and campaign materials via coordination with design and procurement teams. 3PL Channel (Delivery Partners) -Manage end-to-end campaigns with 3PL / delivery platforms (e.g., Grab, foodpanda, ShopeeFood). -Liaise with platform marketing teams to plan always-on exposure and tactical bursts (e.g., banner ads, voucher mechanics, bundle deals). -Monitor platform performance metrics : conversion, CTR, orders uplift — and make recommendations for improvements. -Own the calendar of key platform campaigns and ensure ZUS Coffee leverages them strategically. Stakeholder Management -Work closely with internal Brand, Digital, and Commercial teams to align messaging and campaign timelines. -Act as the key liaison between ZUS and external platform / mall marketing contacts. -Collaborate with the Assistant Manager, Channel Marketing on campaign planning and budgeting. Qualification and Experiences -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. -2–3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing (FandB or FMCG experience a plus). -Experience working with malls, delivery platforms, or partnership marketing is highly preferred. -Excellent communication and coordination skills — able to work with multiple stakeholders. -Strong attention to detail with an execution-first mindset. -Able to manage timelines independently and juggle multiple projects.
