Working with a leading oil and gas Operating Company

Support the Head of Legal in reviewing agreements / contracts and in negotiations.

• Support the Head of Legal in other matters including insurance matters, corporate secretarial, procurement technical clarification, procurement post-award issues, external relation and investor’s relation matters where necessary.
• Provide risk assessment and legal impact of business decisions with regard to the Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), Joint Operating Agreements (JOA) and other upstream agreements.
