We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to oversee and manage financials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate accounting practices, financial reporting, payroll processing, and HR administration. This role will involve managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting both the finance and HR teams to maintain a productive and compliant work environment. Accounting and Financial Responsibilities : -Financial Management and Reporting : -Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports). -Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations. -Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. -Prepare financial reports for senior management and other stakeholders as required. -Accounts Payable and Receivable : -Accounts payable and receivable process, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments are made on time. -Maintain and monitor aged receivables and payable accounts, coordinating with vendors and clients as necessary. -Payroll Management : -Oversee payroll processing, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. -Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (taxes, social security, insurance) and prepare reports for tax filings. -Taxation and Compliance : -Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. -Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and reports. -Budgeting and Financial Forecasting : -Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts. -Track expenditures and identify areas for cost-saving opportunities. Education : -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field or Professional certifications in a related field -Experience : -At least 5+ years of experience with a solid understanding of financial management. -Experience managing payroll and HR compliance is essential. -Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. -Skills : -Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, SAP)  -In-depth knowledge of accounting principles. -Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. -Personal Traits : -High level of integrity and professionalism. -Detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. -Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
