Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and recruitment metrics
- Experience hiring for technical or manufacturing-related roles is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiationCollaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesSource candidates through various platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Job Fairs, Agencies, etc.)Conduct initial screenings and arrange interviews with hiring managersMaintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions and future workforce needsDevelop and maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and talent analyticsEnsure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR and respective departmentsPromote employer branding through recruitment campaigns, campus engagement, and social media presenceEnsure recruitment practices comply with company policies and relevant labor lawsParticipate in HR projects such as workforce planning, internship programs, and employee engagement initiativesBenefits
