Company Background :
We are representing a company who specializing in the distributing frozen and refrigerated food products. As they are expanding, they are looking for HR Manager to join the team in Kajang .
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Coordinate manpower planning with management to support business needs.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR database.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (if applicable).
- Manage monthly payroll process and statutory contribution.
- Handle claims, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
- Support and guide managers in performance appraisal processes.
- Facilitate performance review cycles and KPIs tracking.
- Advise on performance issues and improvement plans.
- Develop employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory.
- Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and services.
- Assist with basic coordination of meetings, company events, or internal communications.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or relevant field.Minimum 58 years of broad HR experience , with at least 2 years in a standalone or lead HR role . Candidate from food & beverage industry will be added advantage.Comfortable with hands-on work and multitasking across HR and admin / office dutiesGood communication skill in English and Mandarin (Due to business nature)Working Hour :
