Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and implement product strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to define product positioning, market access strategies, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory developments to ensure product success and compliance.
Product Lifecycle Management :
Manage the product lifecycle from development to launch, ensuring products meet market needs and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with R&D and regulatory teams to guide products through development stages, clinical trials, and approvals.Ensure timely product launches by managing timelines, resources, and key stakeholders.Market Analysis & Consumer Insights :
Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for product improvement or expansion.Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and healthcare professionals to refine product offerings.Sales & Marketing Support :
Support the development of product positioning and messaging that highlights the product's unique value proposition.Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote the product.Track and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and sales trends to inform future strategies.Financial Performance & Budgeting :
Monitor the financial performance of the product portfolio, including revenue, costs, and profitability.Manage product budgets and collaborate with finance to ensure efficient allocation of resources.Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field.Experience in the therapeutic area relevant to the Obstetric & Gynaecology or Orthopaedics is preferred3-5 years of experience in product management, brand management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, product lifecycle management, and market dynamics.
