Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to apply effective sales techniques to achieve targets and convert leads into opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia to effectively engage with potential clients.
- Ability to work onsite in Petaling Jaya, adhering to the company's work schedule and environment.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to adapt communication style to suit different customer personalities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through proactive outbound calling and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Alphas Estate Solutions and its services.Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, ensuring they meet the company's target client profile.Explain the benefits of Alphas Estate Solutions' financial solutions in a clear and compelling manner, tailoring the message to individual client needs.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.Schedule appointments for qualified leads with sales representatives, ensuring a smooth handover for further engagement.Follow up on previous calls and leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.Benefits
