Requirements
- At least 2 ~ 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the interior design and renovation industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify and resolve potential issues.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control, with the ability to monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing client communication.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, responsible and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Onsite presence in Kuala Lumpur is required for effective project coordination and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in Autocount System is a bonus
Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are promptly addressed.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.Manage project-related paperwork, such as contracts, purchase orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Support the sales administration process by preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.Track project expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including meeting minutes, site reports, and change orders.Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure efficient project execution.Assist in preparing presentation materials and work closely with designers for proposal submissions.Solve site or client issues promptly to maintain strong after-sales service and satisfaction.Benefits
