Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
  • Diploma or Degree holders welcome.
  • Fresh grads encouraged to apply.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service / warehouse / e-commerce is a plus.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and patient
  • Able to work independently and eager to learn
  • Communicates well and enjoys helping others !
  • Require Skills : Customer Support, Communication Skill, Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Conflict Resolutions, Data Warehouse

Responsibilities

  • Regularly follow up with customers on their orders and enquiries to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Manage old customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with regular follow-ups.
  • Handle customer enquiries via call, email & social messages.
  • Handle basic complaints, returns, and collaboration.
  • Track and organize basic customer service data.
  • E-commerce platform management support.
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders according to the daily schedule.
  • Prepare shipping documents (airway bill, etc.) and complete parcel collection / drop-off.
  • Manage inventory, restock, and conduct stock counts.
  • Handle basic warehouse record keeping and stock arrangement.
