JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
What you will do :
Program management : Responsible for the end-to-end management of project(s) inclusive of but not limited to – set objective and goals, initiate, plan, execute, tracking / success measures, progress monitoring, mitigation, socialise and keep relevant parties as well as stakeholders updated necessarily. Manage risks / solutions with stakeholders. Program manager mindset is required.
- Customer Journey Design : Develop customer journeys for new and existing products and services. Analyse and evaluate pain points within the Customer Journey phases. Work with business owners for solutions / workarounds for pain points, or for opportunities to delight. Identify critical messaging and touchpoints as well optimum customers communications modes.
- Develop frameworks / solutions that are validated and or driven by data and insights from industry benchmarks.
- Critical and strategic thinking. Find and connect elements and data to paint a clear big picture.
- Collaborate in cross-functional project groups for new products and services to advocate or represent the customer point of view. Have customer-centric mindset.

- Contribute to internal team building such as knowledge sharing, training, and culture setting.
REQUIREMENTS : Who you are :
Independent problem-solving : Display strong ability in analysing and interpreting data, arriving at a well-reasoned assessment, and developing rational next steps.Independent planning and delivery : Display track record of moving teams from ideation to execution, and actively managing delivery plans against limited time and resources. Able to set clear priorities.Stakeholder management : Support clear, focused, and effective communication / coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.Have strong communication skills (written and spoken).
