Overview : Design and implement customized software solutions to meet customer needs. Collaborate with the Application Support team and RandD team to ensure solutions meet customer satisfaction. -Design, develop and maintain software products that meet customer requirements -Establish discussion with customers on new features and / or customization solutions based on request. -Preparing technical documentation such as system customisation spec sheet based on customer feedback and requirements. -Develop and maintain test data to support various testing scenarios as and when there is new version of update release. -Participate in solution demo on new system to new customer or existing customer. -Collaborate with related departments in ensuring the continuous testing processes -improvement and enhance efficiency and effectiveness. -Work closely with the RandD team for enhancement and customization and solving of software bugs related issues. -Provide L1 and L2 support for customer in terms of troubleshooting and perform data amendment when required (may be after office hours in emergency cases). -Any other projects assign by Management from time to time.
