Responsibilities :

As a global business solutions organization, we started 15 years ago to provide service offerings in Finance & Accounting, HR and IT Operations services. We have now expanded our scope of services to also provide IT Projects and Shipping Documentation Services with an emphasis on Continuous Improvement (LEAN & KAIZEN methodology) underlined by our belief in always putting the customers first. Our customers are diverse; spanning from manufacturing pulp and paper from renewable sources, plantations & palm oil mills and refineries, dissolving pulp and high-end fiber and the oil & gas sector and operate out of sites in China, Indonesia, Singapore, Brazil, Hong Kong, Macau and Canada.

Aimed to grow well-rounded future leaders, we are currently seeking for enthusiastic Graduates to join our Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Strategy & Data Science divisions. Management Associate programme covers fundamental functional disciplines in the field of practice including job rotations every three to six months, opportunities to work directly with Senior Management Personnel from various levels and departments as well as wide exposure in taskforce, projects, involvement in process improvements initiatives and analysis assignments.

Love to Have :

• Fresh Graduates from reputable University with a minimum CGPA 3.50 and / or with less than 12 months work experience
• Degree / Master’s in relevant fields.
• Self-driven person with strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong logical thinking process, digital area, and fast learner
• Willing to be mobilized including travelling abroad for on-site assignments
• Keen to explore various roles and develop cross functional knowledge
• Strong interest to explore all areas in Cybersecurity.
