Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in planning and delivering engaging and educational Baby Sensory sessions based on the company's research-based curriculum. Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources to facilitate interactive learning experiences for babies and toddlers. Support the lead teacher in managing the classroom environment, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating space for children. Observe and assess children's development and progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher and parents as needed. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child's learning and development during sessions. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to promote Baby Sensory programs and engage with potential customers. Assist in administrative tasks such as registration, attendance tracking, and maintaining student records. Continuously develop subject knowledge and teaching skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements
- Possess a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certificate as a minimum educational qualification.
- Open to fresh graduates seeking an entry-level position to start their career in education.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge relevant to the Baby Sensory program and early childhood development.
- Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
- Capable of conducting assessments and evaluations to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Possess strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Willingness to support digital marketing efforts to promote Baby Sensory programs and attract new students.
