Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or F&B / hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of catering operations is a plus.
- Own transport is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow catering business.Identify and approach new clients, corporate accounts, and event partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Prepare and present proposals and quotations for catering services.Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Attend networking events, expos, or functions to promote catering services.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management.Benefits
