Senior Executive, Inventory

Responsibilities : Trends :

Analyze inventory trends and engage with respective markets to discuss findings and potential improvements.

Inventory Enquiries Management :

Address and manage all inventory-related enquiries to and from internal and external teams efficiently.

Collaboration :

Assist with developing and executing assigned projects, reports, and duties in collaboration with the markets to align inventory goals.

Monitoring Inventory Levels :

Monitor and engage markets relating to vehicle and parts inventory levels and follow up on action plans for aged inventory across all Business Units.

Reporting :

Ensure accuracy in inventory reports

Generate insights with data driven decision making

Provide frequent and accurate reporting on inventory levels, including inventory movements, order pipelines and age.

Identify opportunities to achieve consistency in reporting across all markets

Strategies for Inventory :

Assist in the formulation and implementation of inventory strategies, focusing on both vehicles and parts, to meet the invested capital targets pipeline and parts replenishment, ensuring supply levels are optimized to still meet targets.

Analyze inventory levels, order pipelines and sales activity to forecast areas of opportunity for future inventory optimization (stock-outs , overstock situations)

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of related working experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree inFinance / Business / Statistics / Economics or related field.

Proven analytical & data management skills

Experience in inventory management, optimization or similar role ispreferable

Automotive operations experience is an advantage

Team player, Critical thinking capabilities

Proficient in MS Office tools (Powerpoint / Excel / Word)

Well versed in English.

Learning agility – open to learning and using new techniques, tools, and technologies

Willing to work / basedin Ara Damansara
