Risk Analyst

Requirements

Job Description : Manage end-to-end chargeback processes, including reviewing, investigating, and resolving chargeback claims in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of chargeback cases, maintaining detailed records of investigations and decisions.Provide insights to management regarding areas for improvement in fraud prevention and chargeback reduction.Communicate with customers to gather additional information, explain chargeback decisions, and address inquiries in a professional and customer-centric manner.Provide support and guidance to customers on chargeback-related matters.Investigate suspicious activities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remedial actions for fraud incidents.Prepare accurate reports on risk assessment findings, fraud incidents, and mitigation actionsPerform risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement in our operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk management policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in chargeback handling, fraud investigation, or risk analysis.

Strong understanding of chargeback rules, card network regulations (e.g., Visa, MasterCard), and industry standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools; experience with fraud detection platforms is a plus.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
