SMT Process Engineer

Qualifications

Preferably Diploma & Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Requirements : - Must have at least 3 years similar working experience

• Good English communication skills, Chinese language preferred
• Able to work independently and being a team player
• Knowledge at SPC and Quality standard
• Experience in 4M+1E
• Experience with process optimization, line balancing, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with DEK printers, Panasonic NPM, and Universal GSM pick and place machines is preferred Job Descriptions : - Coordinate the fabrication of stencils and fixtures used in SMT manufacturing
• Response SMT line issues and respond to both internal and external quality feedback
• Lead the development and support of NPI processes, including DoE and tooling preparation
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for SMT equipment related defects and issues
• Create, fine tune and optimize SMT equipment programs, including troubleshooting for solder printing machines, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, glue dispensers, and etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SMT process issues, improve production yield, and enhance overall operational efficiency
