Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

- To promote company products & services to prospective customers.
- Update customer with monthly promotions and campaign.
- To achieve monthly target sets by the Company.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales targets which are required by the management
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Requirements :
Candidate should possess a SPM, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any fieldPreferably Executive specializing in Telesales or equivalentPreferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a TelesalesExperience in doing outbound calls.Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry level based on your previous experience)Strong in communication and creative thinking skills.Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written. What You’ll Earn Each Month :
Basic salary : RM2,200
Attendance Allowance : RM200
Total Guaranteed Pay : RM2,400
PLUS – Monthly Sales Performance Incentive Up to RM500.
AND – Unlimited Sales Commission!
The more you sell, the more commission you earn — with no cap. High performers easily bring home RM2,000+ extra monthly in commission.
