Key Responsibilities :
As part of our APAC team, you will play a key role in setting up clients for success by developing precise and effective media monitoring queries using relevant keywords and Boolean logic. You will be responsible for configuring search parameters tailored to each client's specifications to ensure the accuracy and relevance of captured media content. In this client-facing role, you will also take the lead in setting up trial projects for potential clients, working closely with commercial teams and key stakeholders to define the project scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Project Setup & Configuration - Create and configure media monitoring projects on our platform in accordance with client specifications and requirements.
- Research & Keyword Development - Conduct research on client-specified industries, brands, or topics to identify relevant keywords for search configuration.
- Boolean Query Development - Assist the Project Manager in developing and refining Boolean search queries to ensure accurate and targeted media monitoring results.
- Client Profile Management - Collaborate with the Project Manager and Client Services team to manage, maintain, and optimise clients’ media monitoring profiles.
- Quality Assurance - Review and enhance existing client profiles to ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and completeness of collected media intelligence.
- Issue Resolution - Address and resolve support tickets and operational issues raised by team members across the APAC region in a timely and efficient manner.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-regional and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience from a collaborative team or project environment. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and teamwork spirit are welcomed to apply.Ability to multitask and focus on high-priority tasks while maintaining attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilities & detail-orientednessGiven that our clients are based in the APAC region, proficiency in written English and Chinese is required. Selected candidates will need to complete a language translation test.Additional language proficiency in other key Asian languages (such as Malay, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, etc.) is advantageousTech savvy.
