Due to our expansion, we are now looking for a Assistant / Sales Manager who plays a pivotal role in supporting our sales and project management teams. You'll play a crucial part in driving the company's success and growth by strategize sales activities, managing and strengthening client relationships, as well as expand new clients.
- Responsible for achieving individual and department’s annual sales targets.
- Sound knowledge / experienced in Cybersecurity and Oil & Gas industry.
- Developing new markets, promote and create product awareness to customers.
- Handling customer’s enquiries, identify customer’s requirements, prepare and submit quotation / proposal / tender.
- Attend sales meeting and report on potential sales activities with the aim for team discussion and subsequently determine the best course of action.
- Submit annual and quarterly sales forecast for his division.
- Responsible to ensure internal procedures & practices carried out by individual department are in line with the company’s policy and guidelines.
- To comply with company rules and regulations and adhere to ISO standard.
- To carry out any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree and above.
- Min 3-5 years of working experience in the related field, preferred in Cybersecurity and Oil & Gas.
- Good team player, independent, responsible, and strong ability to work cross-function and under tight timelines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Hunter mentality, and have the ability to build in-depth business relationship with customers.
- Possess a high level of integrity and work ethics in handling confidential matters.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
- Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, Negotiation, Communication Skills, Project Management, Strong Communication Skill, Self-motivated, Independent and able to prioritize multitask.
