Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent Requirements : - At least 2-4 years working experience in related field
- Good command of English (Writing and Speaking) and Mandarin (added advantage)
- A team player, independent and resourceful
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Responsible positive attitude, mature and independent Job Descriptions : - Prepare and ensure timely submission of full set of account / management report
- Perform daily operation as to manage the billing, payment, banking transaction, planning of cash flow and other relevant account activities
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent on statutory reporting matter
- Able to manage general ledger, account receivables, account payable, cashbook and filing independently
- Includes handling general ledger & payment activities such as provide accruals, provision for balance sheet accounts, fixed assets and month end schedules, transaction payment etc.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
- Ensure the financial activities comply with Malaysian financial standards and relevant laws and regulations
- Cooperate with government audits and tax inspections to prepare required financial information
