RESPONSIBILITIES :

Note : Candidates are allowed to select 2-3 operations functions from list below :

Inventory Management :

  • Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet operational needs while minimizing carrying costs

Warehouse Operations :

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
  • Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and resources to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

    • Supply Chain

  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, lead times, or delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes and minimize disruptions.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

    • Logistics and Transportation

  • Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling shipments, selecting carriers, and negotiating freight rates

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hardworking.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Candidates with one year or less of working experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Required languages : Mandarin and English.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain operations will be prioritized.
