Requirements

Responsibilities
Location : The Garden Mall, Mid Valley
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service.Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the POS system for order entry and payment processing.Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area, including tables, counters, and floors.Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.Assist with opening and closing duties, as assigned by the supervisor.Benefits
