Responsibilities

• Perform major or minor cleaning of the center e.g. fungus cleaning, servicing mechanical and electrical equipment and roof maintenance including gutters and covered walkway.
• Perform preventive maintenance based on monthly schedule.
• Conduct daily inspections of the center as per maintenance check list.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks.
• Service and repair basic mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform minor cement works, electrical repair works, drywall repair works, light carpentry, minor plumbing and minor parts assembly or installation.
• Provide assistance to Tenants on general repair works and immediate attention for emergency matters.
• Perform routine maintenance inspection of the center to check for potential problems.
• Work safely by adhering to OSHA safety check list.
• Perform tasks and duties as and when required by Management.
