Requirements

  • Excellent Mandarin communication skills, basic English communication skills
  • Prior experience in promoter roles, sales, customer service, or tele-sales is an advantage
  • Enjoys interacting with people, good at chatting, and has a sales mindset
  • Detail-oriented, patient, good listener, able to understand customer needs
  • Positive, proactive, able to handle pressure, and motivated by high income
  • Responsible, reliable, with strong execution skills
  • Familiar with basic mobile phone operations, skilled in using WhatsApp for both text and voice communication
  • Able to use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and XiaoHongShu (RED)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp using text and voice messages, guiding customers to complete purchases
  • Follow up with potential customers using provided scripts and market insights, adjusting strategies flexibly
  • Record customer information, build good relationships to encourage repeat purchases and long-term cooperation
  • Continuously improve personal communication and sales techniques to increase conversion rates
  • Communicate regularly with the Marketing team, providing feedback on common customer questions and needs to help improve advertising strategies for better targeting
  • Required to be in the office 3 days a week (flexible hours between 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)
