Business Analyst

Job Title : Business Analyst Location : Cyberjaya (onsite) Job Type : Fulltime Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, analyzing data, defining requirements, and delivering insights to drive business performance and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.

Develop detailed business models, flowcharts, and documentation.

Conduct market, competitor, and financial analysis to support business strategy.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams or external vendors.

Assist in the design and implementation of new systems or process improvements.

Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.

Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support as needed.

Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience (2–3 years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Strong understanding of business processes and project management.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience with AI Familiarity with ERP / CRM systems.

Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma) are a plus.
