Requirements
- Minimum SPM or higher qualification
- Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience with proven track record is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel
- Able to handle sales orders, documentation, and client follow-ups
- must know social media advertisement
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (forklifts and spare parts).Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and necessary documentation.Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management.Manage social media advertisements and assist in digital marketing efforts to generate leads.Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, admin, and service department) to meet customer requirements.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.Represent the company professionally in all customer engagements.Benefits
