Requirements :

  • Applicants with minimum SPM level qualification.
  • Applicants with Proficient in Mandarin (can speak fluently), and Average in English (read, speak, type).
  • Applicants with a minimum 6 months in customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment).
  • Applicants will work 4.5 days / 5 days (1 rotational offday + 1 fixed Sunday offday).
  • Applicants have no issue to work 9 hour shifts including 1 hour break time.
  • Applicants have no issue to work fully on-site at the office located in PJ.
  • Applicants willing to start working on 23 July 2025.

Scopes :

  • Handling all inbound calls, email, and live chats to provide technical and helpdesk support to users of electronic products.
  • Perform multi-tasking ability and make decisions quickly based on customer’s needs.
  • Ensure customer issues and / or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level, whilst ensuring follow through in all cases.
  • Use problem solving skills and product knowledge to resolve customer’s technical queries in a timely manner.
  • Perform outbound follow-up calls when required.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while providing technical assistance.
