Import & Export Declaration Officer (Freight Forwarding) in Sunsuria Forum Setia Alam-GG

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM or Professional Certificate
• 1-2 years’ experience in forwarding or shipping
• Familiarity with customs forms and procedures (K1-K9)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
• Knowledge of EDI / DG online system is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Remuneration & Benefits :

Basic Salary : RM 2,800 – RM 3,000

Allowance : RM 200 – RM 300 (negotiable)

Working Hours :

Monday - Friday; Alternate Saturday

The role focuses on preparing and submitting customs declarations (K1-K9, ZB1, ZB2) through EDI systems, ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations, coordinating with customs officers and shipping agents, and managing accurate documentation for import and export shipments.
