Responsibilities
Assist in ongoing review records and information to determine effectiveness of work processes and procedures via CRM(Salesforce)
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals.
- Attend to all incoming Sales calls and collect vendor / customer information
- Assist vendor creation in Ariba as well as External vendor creation – to support filling up forms and to provide necessary documents for new customer, ., company details, bank account details, ISO, BizSAFE etc
- Maintain CRM data including account / contact & Opportunity creation, assist quote generation, and update.
- Following up backlogs to expedite deliveries and ensure no past due dates occur
- Support Sales team to prepare consumables / parts price quotes, order confirmation, shipping, delivery confirmation, AR tracking and other sales related documents, etc.
- Assist sales team to execute local MKT events, seminars / webinars etc. and communicate with APAC MKT team.
- Participate in process improvement activities to streamline work processes
- Provide Pre- and post-sales support, including managing physical returns, replacements, and other related activities - SEA (MY,SG, TH, VN, ID, PH)
- Provide post-sales support, including managing physical returns, replacements, and other related activities through CRM for service team.
- Perform back-up / standby duties as needed to ensure smooth daily Order Operations to support business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum a Bachelor Degree or above, Business adminstration or related is preferred.Minimum 5 years of working experience in polymer, material, chemical related industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillCustomer-oriented abilityEnthusiasm for change and challenging conventionTeam player
