Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong understanding of the latest recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)Pre-screen resumes and reach out to candidates to assess their qualifications, experiences, and cultural fit.Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates, managing relationships with them to ensure a strong talent pipeline.Timely update all recruitment reports.Conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates.Provide market insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.Work closely with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates for open positions.Track and report key metrics, such as the number of candidates sourced, conversion rates, etc.Benefits
