Key Responsibilities :

As a Software QA Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our client company’s digital wealth advisory platform. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring our users have a flawless experience. If you have an eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for quality, this role is perfect for you.

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and create

detailed test plans and test cases.

  • Perform thorough manual testing to ensure all features and functionalities work as intended

    • across different devices and browsers.

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar

    • frameworks.

  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, ensuring issues are resolved

    • efficiently.

  • Conduct regular regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing functionality.
  • Analyse the performance and scalability of the platform, identifying bottlenecks and areas for

    • improvement.

  • Work closely with developers to provide feedback, clarify issues, and ensure the successful

    • resolution of defects.

  • Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies to improve

    • efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Advocate for the end-user by ensuring every release provides a seamless and intuitive

    • experience.

    Job Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing web applications, and mobile

    • platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or

    • Playwright.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify edge cases and potential issues.
  • Familiarity with SQL for database testing and basic knowledge of APIs, including testing tools

    • like Postman.

  • Proficient in bug tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross

    • functional teams.

  • Interest in financial technology and a passion for building tools that empower users to

    • manage their finances confidently.
