Requirements

  • Language(s) required : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess at least a Diploma and or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, or any other field of study and is passionate about sales and business development.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with training provided.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, resilient, independent, and a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Convincing customers to purchase products and services.
  • Answering customers’ concerns and queries.
  • Gathering feedback from customers.
  • Conducting market research to identify customers’ needs and selling strategies.
  • Drafting sales reports and submitting them to superiors.
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals and contracts to clients.
