- Diploma / Certificate in beauty / makeup course will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, assessing their skin concerns and recommending suitable products from our range.Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by actively promoting products and engaging customers in a compelling manner.Maintain a thorough understanding of all product lines, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques, to effectively educate customers.Conduct skincare demonstrations and makeup application sessions to showcase product effectiveness and enhance customer engagement.Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, including restocking shelves and arranging displays according to company guidelines.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous learning and training programs.Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.Benefits
