Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; open to fresh graduates

- Proficiency in Human Resources principles, practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to handle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution techniques.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kajang.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Coordinate employee training and development programs.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.Support the performance management process, including tracking performance reviews and providing feedback.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.PayrollBenefits
