Responsibilities : -Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR and Administration functions -Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, administration and employee relations in the local operations and report to superior. -Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned job orders. -Engage potential candidates actively using all recruitment methods possible - web portals, job postings, databases, social media, referrals and contacts. -Identify areas of improvement in HR strategies to meet company’s growth and requirements. -Any ad hoc task as required for this position. Requirements : -Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline -Fresh Grads are welcome. -Proven ability in counseling / advising in various employment-related matters -Well-versed with local employment ordinance and other related laws and legislation -Self-motivated, team player, aggressive and responsible -Excellent problem solving, communications and leadership skills -Good command of written and spoken English and Malay -Mandarin Speaking is a plus
