Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
  • Sales experience is a bonus, but confidence, resilience, and a hunger for success matter most.
  • A persuasive communicator and strong negotiator, capable of influencing key decision-makers.
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment, motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and customer-first approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Owns transport and is willing to travel across Malaysia for meetings, events, and expos.
  • Flexible to work weekends when required for trade shows, networking events, and key business opportunities.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) for effective communication across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients, respond to inquiries, and proactively follow up on leads to convert them into long-term partners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, earning competitive commissions & performance-based incentives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategic sales plans to expand our client base.
  • Prospect, cold-call, pitch, and close deals, helping F&B businesses grow through our platform.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, analyzing market needs to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Travel across Malaysia (and potentially overseas!) for client meetings, trade shows, and F&B expos.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, events, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
